《Beat It》是一首反对社会暴力音乐作品。由Michael Jackson（迈克尔·杰克逊）作词、作曲、编曲（与Quincy Jones(昆西·琼斯)），并演唱。在其1982年专辑《Thriller》收录的主打歌曲之一。

入围了摇滚名人堂史上500首经典之作之一，同时入围滚石杂志最佳100首摇滚吉他Solo之一，邓丽君、Metallica、Fall Out Boy、吴克羣等歌手都曾经翻唱过这部作品。

这首歌曲告诫年轻人避免不必要的麻烦，暴力不能解决一切问题，只会伤害到自己。
